PRF Graphics, as it will refer to as ("Company") also is referred to as ("we," "us" or "our") in this Privacy Policy. within this policy respects your concerns about privacy and security.  This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to personal customer information obtained by Company and our Company Affiliates, including through websites, mobile sites, applications (“apps”), and widgets (collectively, the “Services”) on all websites and social media ('Platforms'.)

The Policy describes the types of personal information we obtain about customers, how we use the information, and with whom we share it.  We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices.  The Services are for a general audience, are not targeted to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. When we intend to collect information from children, we will provide additional information about how we protect children's privacy. How the information is used


We obtain personal information about customers through the Services and from our Company affiliates.  The types of personal information we may obtain include:

Contact information (such as name, postal address, email address, telephone and/or mobile numbers, and social media tag names);

Username and password when you register through our Services;

Any content or contributions you post in a public space on the Platforms. This includes comments, videos, and photos that you might submit. If you contact us through a social platform, we may collect your social media identifier.

Geolocation data;

  • To respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests.

  • To communicate with you about and to process orders, purchases, returns, services, promotions, campaigns, contests, sweepstakes, rewards, and accounts.

  • To inform you about our affiliates, products, promotions, events, or other promotional purposes.

  • To re-connect you if we have not heard from you in a while.

  • Other information you may provide to us, such as through our “Submit a Request” or “Contact Us” feature or the purchase of a product

  • To permit you to participate in social sharing, including live social media feeds.

Giveaways and Contests: Entrants will be sent emails about the giveaway entered, as well as our newsletter Company offers. Information indicating which email links are clicked on the most will help Company choose links that interest readers in future emails. Company may use affiliate codes in some of the emails or on the site. If you enter a giveaway, all of your personal information used to enter is collected. If you win a physical prize, we may collect your email address, name, and any information you personally fill out within the forms on this website, some forms may be hosted by third parties to better your site experience. You can refuse to supply personal information, but that will exclude you from certain related activities such as receiving newsletters, blogs, and free offers. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. You may ask for all your data to be deleted at any time. 

Blog: If you voluntarily sign up for Company blog, or other offers, this site will record your email address, name, and any information you personally fill out within the forms on this website, some forms may be hosted by third parties to better your site experience. You can refuse to supply personal information, but that will exclude you from certain related activities such as receiving newsletters, blogs, and free offers. Cookies; Do Not Track Policy; Pixel Tags: This website uses cookies to enhance the visitor experience. Typically, cookies may be placed on visitor's hard drives for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. From how a visitor uses our site, what they're visiting the most if a visitor returns to the site. These cookies may be used in future re-targeting advertising. In addition, if you register with us through or connect your account with us through a third-party Platform (such as Facebook or LinkedIn), we may obtain certain information about you from the relevant social media network, such as a social media identifier (user ID and/or user name) associated with that Platform, the information contained in your public profile on the Platform and friends lists.  The specific information we obtain depends on your privacy settings on the applicable Platform. The providers of third-party apps, tools, widgets, and plug-ins on our Services, such as Platform sharing tools, also may use automated means to collect information regarding your interactions with these features. This information is collected directly by the providers of those features and is subject to the privacy policies or notices of those providers. The Company is not responsible for those providers’ information practices.

Sharing of personal information: Subscriber information is never shared with a third party. The only exception is that email addresses may occasionally be used to create lookalike audiences for online marketing. This in no way distributes the emails or signs subscribers, up to any other services.

Security of information: All information is saved by Wix, and only PRF Graphics and web admins have access to this site and can access your information. Should a data breach ever occur, subscribers will be notified within 7 days.

Special Circumstances

Law Enforcement and Safety. We may access, preserve and share your information when we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to: (i) respond to a legal request (like a search warrant, court order, or subpoena) or otherwise to take action because we believe it is required or advisable under the law; (ii) detect, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity; (iii) respond to your requests for customer service; or (iv) limit our legal liability or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ourselves, any user of our Platforms, a third party or the general public including as part of investigations.


Business Transfer. If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole Company or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your personal information, and any other information collected through our Platforms may be among the items sold or transferred. The buyer or transferee will be required to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.

Third-party links: Sometimes Company will include third-party links through email or on the website. These sites have their own policies and you should read those before subscribing or purchasing from them.

Use of the website by minors:


We sincerely hope kids of all ages enjoy our website(s), products, and services, but first and foremost we wish to protect those visitors aged 13 and under. We will not use or disclose Child Personal Information or your Account Information except as necessary to provide the Service/ product or as otherwise authorized by you.

Our collection of personal information on Platforms that are directed to children under 13 is intended to follow the principles of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), a U.S. law designed to protect the online privacy of children under the age of 13.

We will obtain parental consent before asking for personal information on our Children's Platforms unless the request for information falls within an exception that would be permitted under COPPA.


We do not make personal information collected from children publicly available nor do we enable children to do so on our Platforms. We will not condition a child's participation in any activity or service on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity. Parents may contact us (at to review, update or delete any of their children's personal information that we may have collected and to elect for us not to collect any additional personal information from their children. We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the updated Privacy Policy online. We will not change how we handle previously collected information without providing notice and obtaining parental consent where necessary.

Parents and guardians, please be vigilant in your knowledge of what content your children are accessing on the internet. Please instruct your children to ask you before visiting internet sites, especially before entering any personal information into these sites.


Company and our affiliated social media accounts:

Do collect personal information passively through the use of cookies and directly via purchase, entrance to clubs, contests, giveaways and more. We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary for each activity. 

We may query a user’s age before granting access to certain portion of our Platforms and Company Affiliates, and the results may be retained and reflected across our other Platforms for a period of time. We may ask for additional consent during the account sign-up process from minors who are 13 years old under relevant and applicable laws if Personal Information may be shared outside of Company and its affiliates and service providers.

If you are under the age of 18 and a registered user of our Platform, you may ask us to remove content or information that you have posted to the Sites by contacting us as directed below in the “Contact Us” section. Please note that your request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information, for example, another user of the Platforms may have reposted your public content somewhere else on the Sites or on another website.


No one under the age of 18 may purchase products or services from our websites without consent.


Company products and services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Individuals under the age of 18 can use this service only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. In this case, the adult is the user and is responsible for upholding all Terms.

The following describes our Privacy Policy as it relates to certain specific activities.

Company will obtain parental consent before asking for personal information unless the request for information falls within an exception that would be permitted under COPPA. Company will explain how we will use the information and use it only for that purpose. Here are examples of personal information that we request:

Newsletters: When visitors wish to sign up to receive our email newsletters, we will ask for a parent's first name and email address. We will send a notification email to the parent and give the parent the option to decline the newsletter. If the newsletter is declined, we will not send the newsletter and will delete from our files any related personal information collected in the sign-up process. If the newsletter is not declined, we will send the newsletter. All newsletters contain instructions so that the recipient may unsubscribe at any time.

Non-Personal Information: Company may collect non-personal information about visitors when they interact with the site. This information may include the browser name, means of connection to the site, and other non-identifying information.

How you can access or delete your Personal Information

You may request a copy of the following: The categories of Personal Information we collected about you; The business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling (if applicable) the Personal Information; The categories of sources from which the Personal Information is collected; The categories of third parties with whom we share Personal Information and the categories of Personal Information shared; and The specific pieces of your Personal Information we have collected, used or disclosed (if applicable).

You may request that we delete your personal information. Note that deletion requests are subject to certain limitations, for example, we may retain Personal Information as permitted by law, such as for tax or other record-keeping purposes, to maintain an active account, and to process transactions and facilitate customer requests. To request that your information be deleted, please make a request to subject "Delete Personal Information" Note that it may take additional time to verify and fulfill submitted requests. If you have an account with us, you may also make certain changes directly through your account profile page. Please note that changes you make on your account profile page through one of our Platforms may not always be reflected on other Platforms operated by us.

Changes to this privacy policy: Company may update this privacy policy at any time. A notice about such changes will be posted on this site. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
