California Consumer Privacy Act California residents may have the following rights over your information: For a period of one year preceding your inquiry, you may request we disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of information collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected that information, and the purpose for which your information was collected. You may also request we delete information we collected from you and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights over your information. As stated in out Privacy Policy, we do not sell your personal information. You may submit a request to exercise your information rights by emailing djames@prf-graphics.com. Upon receiving a request we will require personal information to verify the identity of the person(s) making the request. Government identification may be required.

PRF, as it will refer to as ("Company") within this policy respects your concerns about privacy and security.  This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to personal customer information obtained by Company and our Company Affiliates, including through websites, mobile sites, applications (“apps”), and widgets (collectively, the “Services”) on all websites and social media ('Platforms'.)

 

Company is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, and applying the relevant accessibility standards. Conformance status The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Company is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
